When BLVD, a Long Beach, CA based real estate investment startup needed a brand identity for their company, they called on me to build an identity that would set them apart from their large corporate competitors and portray their young, hip vibe, while also being sophisticated and serious enough to portray their experience and competence in the market.

We started with a simple, customized wordmark logo that exudes a bold, slightly industrial and friendly vibe.
